Discover & design
We walk the property, discuss your goals and budget, then recommend a system and prepare a proposal. For certain projects, nighttime renderings help illustrate the design.
Install & refine
After approval, we schedule and prepare the installation, aim the fixtures and configure the controls. Nighttime adjustments refine the finished effect when needed.

We show you how everything works and remain available for maintenance, repairs, adjustments and future additions.

Our installations include a two-year labor/workmanship warranty. Applicable professional landscape-lighting products carry a lifetime manufacturer warranty. These are separate coverages; manufacturer terms apply.
Product warranties for permanent lighting, outdoor audio and other systems vary by manufacturer and equipment. We'll explain the coverage for your project. Ongoing maintenance is separate from warranty coverage.

Landscape lighting questions
Are landscape and architectural lighting different services?
They focus on different parts of the property. Architectural lighting highlights the building, while landscape lighting focuses on trees, gardens, paths and outdoor spaces. We plan them together when that produces the best overall result.
Can you add to the lighting I already have?
We can assess your existing system and discuss adjustments, repairs or expansion. Recommendations depend on the condition and compatibility of the equipment already installed.
Can I see the design before installation?
We'll explain the proposed approach and provide a proposal. For certain projects, we can also prepare nighttime renderings. Ask about this during your consultation.
Do you install lighting for businesses?
