A good result starts with understanding what you want from your property. Here's how we move from that first conversation to an installed system you know how to use.
Learn about your project
Tell us what you want to accomplish, where the property is located and any ideas you already have. We discuss the next step and arrange a property visit as appropriate.
Walk the property together
We look over the site, talk about your preferences and budget, and consider the areas you want to highlight or use after dark. Existing lighting and future plans can be part of the conversation too.
Design and propose the system
We recommend an approach and provide a proposal covering the equipment, scope and applicable warranties. For certain projects, nighttime renderings can help you picture the result before you approve the work.
Prepare and install
Once you approve the proposal, we schedule the project and prepare the materials. We install the system and set up its controls, including smart features where the equipment supports them.
Aim, adjust and explain
We adjust the fixtures and show you how everything works. Nighttime adjustments are made when needed to refine the finished effect.
Keep the system working for you
Maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, expansions and upgrades are available after installation. Ongoing service is separate from the applicable installation and manufacturer warranties.
